TBR new books added to the list

These are the latest in my books added to the To Be Read pile. The cool thing is two of these authors are friends of mine from my MFA program. Can’t wait to read all of these. What’s new on your list?
I’m trying a new genre: horror. Right now I’m reading “The Graveyard Apartment” by Mariko Koike. I’m not sure this is such a good idea as I (try to) write humor and find reading good humor books inspire me. I suppose I should take comfort that a horror book doesn’t inspire me to write humor.
Horror seems to be a growing genre. A lot of my friends from the Seton Hill program are horror writers and they are all wonderful people. I’m sure you can use the humor to cross-pollinate your horror stories. =)
